He advised many of them on a wide variety of complex, high-profile mergers and acquisition transactions, IPOs and other financings. The bulk of Cameron Poetzscher's long career has been focused in the technology sector, especially in the areas of media and telecom, but that doesn’t represent everything he’s done. He has worked with companies in many other fields, including diverse areas such as financial services, industrial, and real estate areas, among many others.
